A : Well in that case you can opt for CALLPCEXPERT’s Per Incident Support plan where we fix the problem of PC 24 hours a day and charge for that incident. You get freedom from external attacks and threats throughout your plan period.
Q : How will CALLPCEXPERT team fix my problem?
A : We use the Remote Connection Software like VNC etc which works on real IP and Streaming Software.
Q : Can you get back into my computer after my session is over?
A : Not until you log in again and request service. When you log in to CALLPCEXPERT's online support center you are prompted to download a temporary desktop sharing application and supporting tools that allow us to view and interact with your computer. Once your service is complete and you log off, the temporary application and accompanying tools are automatically deleted from your PC. We can no longer see or access your computer.
Q : Is it easy to use?
A : It is very easy to use and you just need to allow our Expert to login into your computer through the Internet to be able to fix your computer issues directly. You can simply sit back and watch. Or, you can work on something else while the technician is fixing your computer. Online computer support is simple, convenient and, best of all, it's 'hands-free'.
Q : Do you charge to diagnose my computer?
A : We normally don't charge anything to diagnose problem of your computer and we just charge the time when we start fixing your PC's problem. Before we start fixing your problem we take your confirmation and give you estimate of time we would be needing to fix the problem.
Q : Are your technicians qualified to work on my computer?
A : Our experts have an average experience of over 10 years working on different platforms and have handled all sorts of hardware and software issues including virus attacks from time to time. Our experts are Microsoft Certified or Engineering Graduates who can promise excellent service delivery to you.
Q : Do charges remains same over Online Chat and Phone?
A : Our maintenance plans include total minutes commitment which can be either used through Chat or through Phone.
Q : Do you support Apple Macintosh and Linux PC's?
A : We do support Apple MAC & Android currently; however we provide complete support assistance for Windows.
Q : Can you support older computers?
A : The oldest computers we typically service are PCs that have a Windows 95 operating system. That would make a computer about 10+ years old. If your PC is older it is more difficult to correct problems and prevent new problems from happening.
Q : Can you provide online support through a dial-up connection?
A : Yes. However, in some cases, customers that have a dial-up Internet connection may experience longer online support sessions due to the limited connection speed. In addition, older PCs (over 3-4 yrs) running Windows 98 or Windows ME are less stable and can be more difficult to support through a dial-up connection. We recommend support through Online Chat for these systems. The ideal System requirements for online PC support are Windows 98/ME / XP / Vista and broadband connectivity is preferred. The Dial up option leads to slow remote support sessions.
Q : If I switch to different gadgets, would I need to buy a new service plan? Or can I use the existing service plan for the new gadget till the expiry of plan?
A : In case you have bought a Month-on-Month Service Contract or One-time Annual Service Contract, you are completely covered for any gadgets you have currently however if you buy in future till the validity of the subscription plan & you wish to transfer the plan then the charges will be applicable as per the T&C . However, in case of Per Incidence plan support is provided for installation, troubleshooting and issue resolution for only 1 PC or 1 Gadget at a time.
